Independently conducted patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge planning for adult patients on the inpatient neurology unit with diagnoses consisting of, but not limited to: Cerebrovascular Accident, Multiple Sclerosis, Epilepsy, HIV/AIDS, brain tumors, Dementia, and falls.

Collaborated with Nurse Administrator to create and implement a fall prevention protocol for the Neurology unit. Trained nursing staff on Neuro Unit to administer and score the Johns Hopkins Falls Risk Assessment to increase transparency among staff regarding patient fall risk.
