KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

Customized training did for corporate customer M/s Larsen & Toubro for their cluster level across Pan India within 9 months against the target 12 Months.

By FPRB meeting escalated & resolved the major complaints within 50 days by working alongside with Engineering / Production / Quality.

Doing in house de-scaling for the heavy equipments which keeps effective utilization of radiators during hot summer, which in turn keep good fuel consumptions, keeps the engine healthy and ensures efficient functioning of hydraulics & transmissions.

Utilized the Centrifugal oil cleaners for enhancing Engine life which almost extended the engine life around 20% between the Major overhauls.

Converted the brake system from Mechanical to Hydraulic brakes in 72-21 loaders and converted the hydraulic power assisted steering to full power assisted steering in the same fleets.

The major achievement at Escorts was re-commissioned the RT40 a 40 MT slew crane which was under major break down due to Hydraulic system failure at Western coal filed, Tada, Chandrapure. The crane is around 35 years old & down for more than two years since most of the components were out dated we did the necessary modifications & commissioned the crane after 3 months. The total cost involved around

12.5 lacks & restored the crane.

Auditing the warranty failed materials, At Manitowoc made 2 Simulators out of harvested components from filed, which helped lower the CAPEX cost.

K) M/s Escorts Construction Equipment Ltd., Location: Faridabad, Haryana From: May 2019 to Till Date

Title: Lead Technical Support & Training

M/s Escorts Construction Equipment Ltd., is the manufacturer of Pick & Carry Cranes and Slew Cranes in the capacity of 5 to 40 Tons, also manufacturing both Soil & Asphalts Vibratory compactors. ECEL is also into trading The Forklift Trucks of DOOSAN of S.Korea, Articulated cranes from FASSI Italy & Zoomlion mobile cranes too.

My Responsibility is to handle Technical Support & Training for Pan India. Main focus is on the products like Pick and Carry Cranes, Fork lifts, Slew Cranes, Compactors, Backhoe Loaders. As a part of Technical Support, co-ordinate with the dealers and identify the correct fit to ensure trouble free operations and customer satisfaction.

My result area is to provide Techno commercial support for Mobile Harbor cranes, Excavators and Mechanization projects for Ship unloaders 3500 TPH, Stacker 4000 TPH and Re – Claimers 2500 TPH. Title: Manager Service/ Training/ Spare Parts – Crane care.

Manitowoc is the U.S based construction equipment company, a world leader in Mobile & Tower cranes, bearing the brand name like Manitowoc crawler cranes, Potain tower cranes and Groove Cranes. Joined as training Manager now got the additional responsibility of Rapid responds, Contact centre & Member of (FPRB) Field Problem Review Board. So for attended specialized training for Asia Pacific level at China, for tower cranes, for Asia, & Africa level at Singapore – for Manitowoc crawler crane and International level at France twice for IGO cranes and successfully completed the training and achieved 2nd position, 3rd Position & 3rd position respectively.

My result area is handling Service, Training & Spare parts activity for Customers & Dealer and own team. Rapid responds for field issue support through web as well as handling service responsibility for few imported cranes and FPRB.

My responsibility was taken care of maintenance activity for both plant handling and Mining equipments like Loaders, Excavator’s Compressors and Drills which includes Budget, maintaining equipment’s availability as 90% for Atlas Cop co Wagon Drill’s & XAH 210 Air Compressor’s, 90 % for Loader’s and 85 % for excavator’s (Both the Loader’s & Excavators were around 20 years old) planned and executed proper minimum Spare parts for the above equipments too, Gained good experience in ERP system. Also, did Co-ordinate for; - HFO based Captive power plant with Installed capacity of 1.9 MW x 3. Since most of the equipments were old enjoyed the chance to carry out in house overhauling in Front End Loaders & Excavators and carry out the modifications especially in the loaders for their Brake and hydraulic system due to its obsolete in the market’s.
