Preparation of BOM details from drawings & indent for steel materials as well as equipment’s.
Checking & finalizing the bills of vendors
Job inspection time to time for proper work as per QAP,FQP,PO & to avoid the rework
Checking the jobs including the safety aspects to avoid the accidents
Man power management through motion time study
Maintain the entire site with proper preventive execution schedule with all safety aspects.
Keep close vision on day to day changing technology and adopt them with proper guidance
Co-ordinate with department like project, design, production, material management, stores, accounts & all other technical departments.
