Supervision of stock receiving and issuing, out process and Inventory count Process.

Monitor accuracy of Stock level and movement of Stock

Preparing monthly inventory related reports

Follow up with buyer when there is query from vendor

Handling Inquiries from other related Internal functions

Handling the Materials First In First Out(FIFO) Order

Co-ordination with all other departments i.e Support, Operations & Sales for timely delivery

Co-ordinate with dealers and customers for way bill, Insurance expedition as per daily plan.

Responsible to support and supervise for Export Import documentation and correspondence

Monitoring damages, shelf life, excess & shortages report on daily basis
