PROCUREMENT & VENDOR MANAGEMENT:

Request for Quotation from multiple vendors with best timeline with best price.

Getting Quotation through Online bidding systems.

Project Schedule preparation and complete the work on time.

After Getting Quotation through online bidding systems select the vendor.

Negotiate with selected vendors both technically and commercially

Verify the received quotations then release Purchase orders on time.

Material receiving and Cross check with bill of materials & Quantity.

After work execution / materials received check and generate work completion report.

After work completion raise the invoice & release the payment to the vendor

New vendor development for Supply and service activities

Evaluate the vendor’s performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best price.

PROJECTS:

Data collection for new requirements and Modification details.

Receiving Quotation and verify and negotiate both technically and commercially.

Plan the activities Sequence and work schedule preparation.

Co ordinate with user end and Third party Vendor to complete the works on time.

Ensure the all the required materials are delivery and cross check with PO enclosure

During the work implementation ensures the safety measures. Project Details:

Ref Plant Extension work Air, Water, and Sprinkler & Hydrant pipe line erection work.

New Plant extension Air line header and branch pipes around the plant – 1000 meters.

New Plant extension Sprinkler and hydrant header and branch pipe line erection around the plant – 2000 meters

Gas pipe lines – LPG, N2 & O2 pipe line erection – Each 500 Meters

Chemical pipe lines with insulation – 100 meters.

HVAC Ducts erection with insulation – 400 sq.m.

EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE:

Operation and Maintenance of Air compressors

1) 8 nos of 2000 CFM Screw compressor with desiccant dryer - Kaeser make 2) 2 nos of 3500 CFM centrifugal compressor with desiccant dryer – IR Make

Repair and maintenance of process pumps

Repair and maintenance of chillers & Air handling units

Cost saving & energy saving activities

Operations & Maintenance of RO, STP process.

Man power handling for daily activities
