Posting advertisements in Newspapers, Job portals & Contact Job consultancies regarding Job vacancies.
Overlook a team of recruitment consultants
Scheduling job interviews and co-ordinating interview process
Ensuring background verification and reference checks are completed
Management of Personal Files of new joiners
Giving orientation for new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
Administering new employment assessments and feedback
Serving as a one point contact for all new employees to handle their queries.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:-
Processes company's payroll every pay period
Handled Leave data management for employees based on the eligibility criteria

Verify the travelling expense statements of Sales staff as per Company’s travel policy
Placing order for Stationeries and sending the same to the branch offices
Statutory compliance :-
Compute and E-Payments of Employee State Insurance, Professional Tax & Employee Provident Fund
Generation of UAN & ESI IP ID for First time employed candidates
Compute and Deduct Income Tax as per the slab and collecting proof of documents for tax exemption.
Filing challans of monthly payments with regards to PF, ESI, PT & LWF
Compute and payment of Statutory Bonus as per Bonus Act.
Preparation of statutory reports on monthly basis.
Time Office Management:-
Generate Bio-Metric access for the employees to track their daily attendance
Preparation of communication notices approved by management and ensuring these notices are circulated across all the department
Consolidation of Attendance for Employees, Trainees and Operators for payroll process
Creating Shift-Roaster for Trainees and operators on periodical basis.
Medical Insurance
Obtaining the necessary documentation from employees which is needed for bill reimbursement
Supporting employees on the procedure for applying Medical claims and Issuing Cashless card for the employees
Ensuring Hassle free hospital admission for the employees and their dependents
Provide data based on Claims and other special management grants subject to authorization.
Preparation of reports for renewal of employees Group Gratuity Cash Accumulation Scheme & Senior Superannuation Fund A/c with LIC, Personal Accident Insurance, Medi-claim Policy, etc on yearly basis. Declaration
