Job responsibilities:
Over All Responsibilities of Personnel & Admin Deptt that Includes. Salary & Wages, Leave Records, All Time office Related Full & Final Settlement of Employees, Bonus,Monthly MIS.
Verification / updating Personnel Records & Personnel files of employees.
Coordinating all activities related to salary / wages, e.g. data collection, preparation of salary / wage sheet, salary slips & disbursement of the same.
Full & Final Settlement of Employees.
Handling daily manpower and Preparation Daily Man Power Report and Miscellaneous Reports.
Organize various committee Grievance Handling,Safety Commitee meetings Etc. and maintain their minutes
Responsible for identifying Training needs of Employees, Preparation of Training Plan and then organise trainings Accordingly and maintaining their records.
Responsible for Induction For any new employee recruited and complete all their joining formalities
Responsible for facing vendor system audit ( VSA ) conducted by MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LTD.in training clause according to VSA procedures.
