Performing quality and constructability reviews of design documents

Acting as prime contact with MEP trades

Ensuring that installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is in accordance with plans and specifications

Writing RFIs and developing sketches for clarification of design documents or to request direction on field conditions.

Responsible for administering the MEP aspects of the project from the pre-construction budgeting/ schedule stage through procurement, shop drawing/coordination development, construction, and contract closeout

Conducts monthly project/client meetings to review project progress and the following issues: Current cost projections/change orders issued to date, anticipated “pending” costs, schedule update, requisition review, highlight near term major activities, changes to the project, any other issues deemed appropriate addressed in the meeting.

Commissioning budget and schedule management, Manage capacity and utilization of the Construction and Engineering teams during the commissioning process
