RESPONSIBILITIES-

Lead a team of three members.

PPC activity to complete the work as per management target.

Making reports and all technical discussion to Design Head.

Coordination with Marketing/App. engineers and project team to understand client requirement.

Interaction with vendors regarding design changes and modifications.

Review/QC/validate to models and drawings. Responsible for developing and approvals of drawing

Knowledge of fluid Mechanics and perform Mechanical Design Calculation.

JOB WORK-

Reverse engineering (Make engineering drawing from existing part model/assembly).

Stack-up analysis and make a report on it.

Make assembly to avoid any discrepancy in fitment, for weight calculation and volume for grease/oil.

Patch/Troubleshoot of STL files to make model & its engg. drawings taking tolerances and GD&T.

Design Pump Casing from Hydraulic body by adding features i.e. feet, flanges, tap bosses, gauge-boss, etc. as per Std. ASME/Y14.5.

Ability to develop complex CAD models in Solidworks & Creo. And good knowledge in surfacing module.

Mechanical design calculations i.e. Casing thickness, shaft, bearing life, casing pressure.

Make pattern/core and its engineering drawings by taking allowances.

Detail drawing of pump with its Bill of Material (Material selection by Design Team/projects).
