Operation qualification of CDA Desiccant Dryer (BD 3000 +heated zero purge PDP-40, 8000CMH).

Energy saving with 600KW/Yr. in Heat pump system of additional COP <3.5

Operation & Maintenance of hot water system at 75C & 65C

Lead the development & management of facilities plan & forecasts with corporate goals & objectives.

Replacement of Low temperature chiller with additional energy saving with 190KW by using exiting motor (RT1730 to RT1900).

Energy saving & design changes in air cooled glycol chiller water to water cooled glycol chiller with 240KW/yr.

Changes of Insurance requirement to NFPA standard sprinkler tank with additional capacity of 160m3 ~ 346m3

Installation & maintenance of Hydraulic passenger / cargo lift.

Upgrade with new version of elevator lift in admin building.

Manage and complete all document related procedure for audit.

Involved in tools-move in, utility hook up and LSS testing. Energy savings projects

Heat load energy saving in PCW system from 25C to 33C, saving/yr ~ 900KW

Design with 240KW energy saving in heat recovery system.

Adding FRIGAID in Centrifugal chiller evaporator with electrical consumption of 50KW/unit.

Implementation with hi-flow fan fiber glass blades for Induced draft cooling tower, electrical energy reduced 158KW

Implement centrifugal compressors & centralized control system (ES16) for compressor operation, it reduces electrical (130KW to 350KW) consumption approximately, reflects in cost.
