I am Working here as a Senior Officer in Process Department. Since 03 rd January 2020 to till date.

Working with Project from process side observing all process parameters of the mill and give suggestion from operation side resolving process issues from site.

Job profile involves Optimization of VRM (240 TPH in OPC) designed by FLS OK type mill Model Number is 56.4 which is used in cement grinding.

Preparation of Production Report in SAP.

Man power handling and making Shift schedule.

Optimization of VRM and data analysis with respect to production.

Stock monitoring of Raw material like clinker, gypsum fly ash & as well as Pond fly ash also.

I am Working here as a Senior Executive in production department. Since 01 st July 2017 to 3 rd January 2020.

Kiln (ILC) operation & Process optmization with 5000 TPD (designed) capacity & at present time running with 6000 TPD and maintenance activities like castable work, bricks lining, etc.

Job profile involves operation & Process Optimization of VRM (420tph) designed by PFEIFFER (GERMANY) which is used as Raw Mill.

Operation & Process Optimization of Two No’s ball Mills (250 tph in PPC Grade& 200 TPH in OPC grade) with Roller press (750 tph) designed by Sinoma, China. Roller Press used as Pre-Grinder & Ball mills used in cement grinding.

Operation & process Optimization of VRM (45 tph) designed by Sinoma, China. This is used in Coal grinding.

I am working here as a Trainee Process in Production department since 16 th Aug 2016 to 30 th June 2017.

Job profile involves Operation and Process optimization of Ball Mill Double Chamber ( 175 tph in PPC and 110 Tph in OPC),

Operation and Process optimization of Cement Mill with Roller Press Use as Pre-Grinder Designed by KHD Germany (250 Tph in PPC and 220 in OPC)&Both Roller Press capacity is 100 TPH in clinker grinding.

Operation and Process optimization of VRM (200 Tph in Slag grinding & 110 in clinker grinding) Designed by FLS(Germany) which is used for Slag/Clinkergrinding.

Controlling of HOT AIR GENERATOR by using Blast furnace gas, Coke oven gas and Light diesel oil as a burning fuel.
