Develop day to day work plans with the Site Agent.
Quantifying daily activities done.
Monitoring quality of work, cost and timely completion of the project.
Preparation of works programs and work progress
Interpretation of contract documents, drawings and bills of quantities.
Building up sub-contractors payment certificates.
Providing daily and weekly reports to the Site Agent.
