Animal Handling: Mice (I.P, I.V. and Subcutaneous Injection) and Rabbit (Subcutaneous Injection) Cell Culture: Isolation of primary cells (peripheral blood mononuclear cells, peritoneal and spleenic macrophages and T-cells) from various organs, Maintenance of cell lines, Apoptotic Assays involving Cell lines, Surface marker analysis by FACS and Florescence Microscopy etc. Immunology: ELISA, Dot Blot, Western blotting, cytokine profiling, antibody isotyping and cell surface marker (co-stimulatory as well as memory) analysis, DTH response analysis Protein Sciences: PAGE-SDS & Native, Ion- exchange chromatography, Affinity chromatography etc.
