Introduction

Determined, outgoing and hard working. Those are three words I use to describe me. I began my career as a call centre agent for a manufacturing company, here I became exposed to the corporate world and gained valuable communication and customer service skills. For a brief period I worked in sales and marketing the moved on to payroll and administration where I took on various tasks to ensure the wellbeing of employees within the company. Position: Xperdyte systems administrator and social media projects.

Date of Service: Contract position - Current

Duties: Managing and maintaining the Xperdyte system along with Sage. Ensuring the quotes and prices correspond and are correct, monitoring the progress of the jobs and projects are on the scheduled time. Liasing with the directors and department managers.
