Introduction
Determined, outgoing and hard working. Those are three words I use to describe me. I began my career as a call centre agent for a manufacturing company, here I became exposed to the corporate world and gained valuable communication and customer service skills. For a brief period I worked in sales and marketing the moved on to payroll and administration where I took on various tasks to ensure the wellbeing of employees within the company. I am able to work with complex systems such as SAP, SAP Web client and MFP/PRO. I am a quick learner with out of the box thinking. Looking for international opportunities to broaden my career.

Date of Service: Contract position - Current
Duties: Managing and maintaining the Xperdyte system along with Sage. Ensuring the quotes and prices correspond and are correct, monitoring the progress of the jobs and projects are on the scheduled time. Liasing with the directors and department managers. Duties: Overseeing employees of the company with regards to new engagements, terminations and promotions. Dealing with allowances, annual leave and overtime payments. In addition to annual bonuses or deductions. I would update employee details on SAP payroll. I would follow up on and ensure all payroll orders, input and relevant documentation was received timeously before the payroll cut-off date. I would then ensure the running and distribution of monthly payslips. Lastly, I would provide prompt and accurate feedback to all payroll queries via telephone and email.
