Data Center Facility Operation Manager Jan. 2016 – Present Mobily Data Center Jeddah – Through (MMR) - The Data Center Certified TIER III TCDD, TCCF and TCOS
Manage and supervise all maintenance staff engineers, technicians and other in- house team plus outsourcing vendors for total facilit y management of data center.
Manage the installation inside white space area at data center to control capacity management including power, cooling & space du ring approval of any new EIR using DCIM system.
Manage and control new installation inside white space to be matc hed with the DC standard & procedures and to maintain safety & security.
Manage, update and check daily, weekly & monthly reports as requ ired for upstream and downstream stakeholders.
Manage and control any incident happened and to follow escalation matrix procedures and submit all incident reports and share lesson s learned from the incident.
Manage and supervise all tasks for data center to achieve KPI.
Manage and control any CM ticket to be done within SLA.
Create, utilize and administer MOPs, SOPs& EOPs for all work in data center facilities and equipment.
Monitoring data center facility through BMS/Site scan and to be updated from NOC continuously.
