Overview/Responsabilities

Responsible for Installation and co-ordination of testing and commissioning of substation, power plant electrical equipments rated from 400V to 33KV

Installation and co-ordination of Testing & Commissioning activities for LV, MV, HV Transformers, 22kv GAS Turbine,33&22kv HVGIS switch gears, LV Switch gear,AC&DC ups Power Distribution complete system,Solar panels and Installation testing and commissioning of instruments,telecom system,CCTVand F&G Systems, Installation of DCS&ESD panel Instalation of Cable for HV,MV,LV and All tinstrumentation and Automation Cables(All type of instruments,telecom.CCTV,Optical Fiber-Cable)

Preparing Test Formats & Method Statements for various installation and testing activities as per the standard and client requirement.

Co-ordination with Client/Consultant and vendor for execution of various testing activities

Prepare and maintain file system of site test reports, as built drawings, calibration certificates & operation manuals of all test equipments,

Coordinate with site team for startup and execution of project

Assist other teams working for minimization redundancy and idle-time

Ensure that EHS standards are followed by all team members working in site

Preparing new modification As Built Scheme drawings and preparing all test report related to Testing and Commissioning of the Power plants and Substation.

Co-ordination with the client and Consultant for As Built Scheme drawing submission, test report submission related to Testing and Commissioning of the Substation.

As build cable schedule submission and all site activity to satisfy the Clients and Consultant

Monitor the electrical scope to ensure EW Contractor and sub-contractors perform the work to agreed scope of work, specifications, and schedules and to an acceptable standard

Supervise the sub-contractor personnel to ensure EW contractor performs all work to agreed standards for safety, health and environment and to attaining high levels of HSE performance

Ensure assigned scope of work is carried out without any significant HSE incidents

Ensure the work is carried out in time and in accordance with scope of work, specification and quality requirements

To be fully familiar with the assigned scope of work and interlaces with existing facilities, other projects and disciplines

fully familiar with the ADNOC Onshore&Offshore Contractor HSE requirements and procedures

fully familiar with the contractors methods of construction, schedule and procedure

Initiate and manage the project continuous improvement processes

Carry out inspection, surveillance witnessing of contractor activities, ensuring records are maintained, including as-built data

Prepare and / or endorse daily progress report and time sheets detailing the work progress, number of contractor personnel and equipment available on site and other related items identified in the scope of work
