ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Achieve production target on hourly basis.

2.New product SOP(Start Of Production) on time by confirming 4M’s(Man,Machine,Material,Method)

3.Process defects analysis and take counter measures (CAPA) for same on daily basis.

4.Maintain records related to Production as per PQCDSM for audit purpose.

5.Set up the line as per takt time and work distribution among the workers for better Productivity & FTQ.

6.Conducting safety audit and providing solutions through CFT.

7.Conducting Morning meeting, planning for the day & week along with cross functions

8.Implementing the Poka-yokes and kaizen to achieve First time right

9.Maintaining consumable and rejection cost within target by effective monitoring, controlling and countermeasures

10.Feedback and trainings conducted to work force for betterment in PQCDSM

REDUCTION OF LOSSES:

1. Monitor break down, material shortage, tool and equipment problems.

2. Analyzing the process performed by operator for reducing the process rejection by way of Campaigning about the suggestion scheme to get the better ideas for problem elimination

3. To ensure the proper line set up for eliminating the line losses

4. For minimizing Gaps, Conducted PDCA meeting with cross functions.
