PROJECTS INVOLVED IN EDAC ENGINEERING LTD:

Project 2: 2*500MW Neyveli New Thermal Power Plant, Neyveli, Tamilnadu. Client : NLC India Ltd &BHEL

Project 1: 2*500MW Sagardighi Thermal Power Plant, West Bengal. Client: West Bengal Power Development Corporation Limited &BHEL. RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Plant ESP commissioning in charge in project 2.

● Testing and commissioning activities of LT/HT breakers scheme checks, CT, PT, EMPR, modification scheme diagram, Motors, Heaters, Ash Level indicator, Electronic controller panels, and HVR transformer oil type up to 145 KVA & dry type transformer up to 2500 KVA.

● Complete cable schedule checking as per design with BHEL and knowing of pre testing and charging activities.

● Complete testing of Panel Bus bar tightness checking witness with customers.

● Commissioning of drives like HT/LT motors, breakers, panels charges and trail run activities to be obtained in starting process in both project.

● Feeder commissioning relay setting updates in LTMR Schneider and Siemens sip Rotec

(7SJ 66) and Siemens relays (numerical 7sr1102, 1205).

● Remote commissioning in all LT/HT switch gear area involved in above mentioned project 1.

● Scheme checking of breakers (ACB/ VCB) in different manufactures like L&T and C&S Make.

● Trouble shooting in electrical circuit and feeder DOL, RDOL starter and ON / OFF module etc.

● Co-ordination with local authorities, client and subcontractor.

● Responsible for ensuring safe and successful execution of commissioning activities in their area.

● Responsible to ensure the defective material while testing and returns the materials.

● Responsible of execution in site activities individual in planning to start time.

● Responsibility in erection work also carried out in final end process.

● Responsible in GRP, DAVR AND GCP Panel testing and commissioning.

● Co-ordination with client and customer for protocol, document submission. O &M Responsibility performed in project 2:

● Trouble shooting of breakers LT/HT up to 11KV and outgoing feeders.

● Reading taken for running plant for monitoring and preventing maintenance.

● To be performed plant start-up and stoppage activities.

● Responsible to handle a cold and hot work process as well as safety work permit procedure.

● Team of execution to electrical preventive maintenance in thermal plant. Team's handle in project 1&2:

● 1 Senior Engineer, under 5 technicians to execution of work as per senior instructions.

● Assist to technician for testing of Equipment’s. Up to work under team 5 members at a time.

Equipment’s handled in hand Megger upto 5KV, Multimeter, CRM kit, Hipot kit(up to 75 KV AC/DC), Clamp Meter, Galvanometer, Phase sequence meter and omicran relay kit. TRAINING /WORKSHOPS:

● Trained by EEETC on ELECTRICAL EQUIPEMENT TESTING AND COMMISSIONING

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Hands on Experience in Testing:

CT, PT, switchgear LT and HT breaker, control and relay panel testing, electro Mechanical & Electromagnetic protection relay and numerical relay testing. Training Details:
