Job Description: Taking Vital Signs, conducting group meetings, answering and directing calls to appropriate department, admitting new patients, putting patient’s chat together, filing progress notes and vital signs record, attending change of shift report, responding to different emergency codes, completing incident reports when necessary, carrying out CPR, AED, and Standard First Aid, de-escalating agitated patients, setting limits, and doing safety check rounds to ensure patients are safe.
