RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervision of utilization, delivery and quality control of materials. Overseeing the stockpiling, loading and offloading of materials e.g.; stones, aggregates and cement once on site.
Preparation of payment records for materials delivered.
Supervision of topographical, hydrographic and geotechnical survey for various construction activities including: stone slope embankment protection, drainage facilities, installation of the geo-textiles, pile driving and stone retaining walls
Supervision and quality control testing of earthworks for access road construction as well as other access road activities including: rock protection, open drain and pipe culvert construction
Efficient coordination and management of manpower on site.
Site safety administration through the implementation of the safety policy and participation in the Safety Patrols.
Responsible for preparation and monitoring of construction schedules, work programs and daily site report writing.
Supervision of the Subcontractors to ensure safety, quality assurance and time constrains adherence for prompt delivery of the project.
Preparation of backup calculations for access road quantities for billing purposes.
