Civil Engineer with working experience for 28 years, responsible for supervising and implementing work related to structural engineering and designing, manpower handling and management and timely completion of the assignment; and coordinating in preparation of D.P.R and other project reports.

Major project experience includes working with Stanley consultant as civil inspector with independent inspection charge ; working with consultant as Sr. resident manager for the Rajkot Municipal Corporation in Sewerage System Department for drainage project and waste water sewerage project; working as Project Performance Monitoring Engineer with Stanley/CES (JV) for the East West Corridor Project awarded by N.H.A.I. for widening of 2 Lane to 4 lane National Highway; working as consultant for the earthquake rehabilitation program conducting evaluation of the damage cause due to earthquake to the houses and reporting same to the Government and guiding the village people how to construct earthquake resistant houses and how to carry out retrofitting of the damaged houses.

Was working as Senior Infrastructure Engineer for Saudi Arabian Parsons Ltd who is the Project management consultant for Ministry of Housing Project at Riyadh Airport site -Saudi Arabia.The project cost is approx SAR 1 billion.

The project comprises of two parts – Infrastructure and Buildings(Villas & Apartments).

Infrastructure part includes 80 kms of collector and local roads with signals, road markings kerb painting including all other utilities Potable water pump station and pipe works, Sewage Drainage Pump station and pipe works, Electrical sub stations and cables Street lightnings and Telecom cables. Approx 7000 villas and apartments are the part of Building part.

The site is spread in across 5 million square meters of area to be completed tentatively within 20 months. The Ministry of Housing –Saudi Arabia is the client with main contractor being Al Rashid Trading and contracting Company.

Previously worked as Civil Engineer for Doha North Sewage Treatment plant project. Stanley Consultants provided construction supervision services for a large and complex sewer treatment system for the area on the north side of Doha, Qatar. Site inspection and monitoring was provided along with regular reporting. Construction cost was over $1.5 billion.

This project was divided into four construction contract packages. Package 1 was to design, construct and operate a 245,000-cubic meter per day (65 mgd) sewer treatment plant. Included were the inlet works, aeration tanks and secondary settlement tanks, filtration, sludge digestion, sludge dewatering, sludge drying, odor control, power supplies and generators, landscaping and access roads and a other package consists of piping network and micro-tunneling

Parsons was contracted by Ministry of Presidential Affairs for construction of private access road in Al-Hiban Mountain -Ras al Khaimah for construction of 6.5 Kms Road including 6 pipe and 4 box culverts and 4.2 kms of Concrete Ditches.

Relocation of Water line for 4 kms. Monitoring Daily site activities, reviewing and approving shop drawings for the site, coordinating with the local authorities for getting N.O.C’s and other relevant authority approvals, Assist Resident Engineer in organizing Progress meetings, coordination meeting and safety meetings. Following client instruction for the site and implement the same on site with quality and safety

Parsons was contracted by the Dubai Properties Group for the Serena Project to provide master plan, infrastructure modification, and construction supervision services. The 75-hectare development is located on Emirates road and is predominantly a residential community with some mixed-use development. In 2011, and through a subsequent contract amendment, Parsons partnered with the Saudi Ministry of Housing to tackle the largest sites planned for the development of 17 separate community sites, totaling nearly 74 million square m of land supporting approximately 92,000 apartments and villas. The communities include mosques, medical facilities, schools, police stations, parks, landscaped open spaces, commercial and retail development, electrical substations, and sewage treatment plants to provide complete and modern communities for Saudi citizens. This project was divided into four construction contract packages. Package 1 was to design, construct and operate a 245,000-cubic meter per day (65 mgd) sewer treatment plant. Included were the inlet works, aeration tanks and secondary settlement tanks, filtration, sludge digestion, sludge dewatering, sludge drying, odor control, power supplies and generators, landscaping and access roads and a other package consists of piping network and micro-tunneling. The third phase of Doha North STP, namely extension of sewage networks and tunnels, or interceptor sewers, was under implementation by the Korean based Ultra Construction and Engineering. The contract value is QR 1.3 bn and this was a major component of the plan for Doha North sewage treatment and associated works. The contract includes establishment of the main complex of the sewage by means of micro tunneling to depths of 25 meters and 34 meters with the total length of 32 kilometers of concrete pipes of 2.4 meters diameter. This important phase of the project includes construction of the main complex of drainage by means of microtunneling to depths of 25 meters and 34 meters, with total length of 32 kilometers of concrete pipes with 2.4 meters diameter. The contract also includes implementation of the pumping line with three parallel pipes with 1.6 meters diameter, starting from the proposed new pumping station at Al Khaisa area up to the sewage treatment plant. As this part of the project passes parallel to the North Road, which is under development, this line has been included in this contract to avoid interface problems between the two projects. The main complex of drainage is an important part of Doha North STP and associated works. Implementation works of this phase has commenced in March 2008 to be completed in 36 months. Phase one of the project involved the design, construction and operation of the plant for ten years Phase two involved the construction of a PS70 pumping station located at Al Kheesa, pumping mains and other ancillary works. PS70 will have a capacity to process 900,000 cubic metres per day. Phase three of the project comprised of constructing the main complex of the sewage and sewerage lines by micro tunnelling. The complex was micro tunnelled at depths ranging from 25m to 34m. Concrete pipes measuring 2.4m in diameter and 32km in length laid. A pipeline measuring 45km in length and 1.6m in diameter also laid from the pumping station to the wastewater treatment plant. Phase four of the project witnessed the construction of the sewage pumping station for treated sewer effluent (TSE 3). The contract also included construction of the connecting pipelines and mains. Was responsible for overall approval of site activities and inspections. Was responsible for reviewing of shop drawings and Issued for construction drawings. Daily Progress Report and Monthly progress was also part of the job.

Stanley Consultants entered into an agreement with the National highway authority of India (N.H.A.I.) and their Project Management Unit to provide professional consulting and management services for the reconstruction of National Highway in Gujarat. Highway connects 5 different states and is important route for commercial trucking within the country. The route has undergone numerous repairs and upgrades during the last 30 years. Once the route is reconstructed to new standards, it will provide enhanced economic expansion for the region. The project, funded by the Asian Development Bank comprises of various road and rail bridges & culverts, new realignments, and widening of the main roadway to AASHTO standards.
