PROJECT:

MULTI BODY DYNAMIC ANALYSIS AND SIMULATION OF EXCAVATOR. The positions, velocities and accelerations of the boom, arm, bucket at different positions during the lifting and dumping of the bucket shaped grab, spherical grab are determined by dynamic analysis of the excavator in ADAMS software. The Contact forces between grab and bucket are also determined during the analysis.

GEAR FAULTS DIAGNOSIS UNDER CONSTANT SPEED CONDITIONS A gear system with a one completely broken tooth on one of the gear pair is developed in ADAMS MBS software. Under constant speed conditions the vibrational signals are studied and compared with the healthy case for diagnosis of the gear system. KEY STRENGTHS:
