Planning and execution of the work of turbo-generator and its axillaries within the given time period

Prepare and maintain commissioning record of site observation and testing process.

Handled the erection of the equipment’s with a team size of 25 members.

Performing inspection of incoming material before installation or erection

Caring out inspection of all the equipment’s after the dispatchment from the vendor

Interaction with the contractors at various phase for smooth execution of the project

Smooth co-ordination with the team members and with workers for caring out the efficiently

Preparation and submission of all the relevant protocols of the work carried out on time

Participation in meetings and discussion with clients as required

Create an empowering and inspiring work culture with the commissioning teams

Schedule and supervise operational reviews in association with functional staffs.

Ensure safe execution of all commission activities through the application of the work permit procedure

Developing and maintaining the quality of the designated work.

Registering customer’s complaint, significance problems raised on the site and report finding to the manager

Plan and establish work schedules, assignment to meet the goals.
