As H.R.MANAGER -M/S. AMBASSADOR PALLAVA, EGMORE, CHENNAI -600 008(An ISO 22000:2005 Certified and classified as 4 Star Hotel by HRACC) from August 2008 to July 2012 & June 2015 to October 2018

PRIOR EMPLOYMENT

i)Worked as Manager Human.Resources & Training with M/s Breeze Hotel Ltd., (An ISO 9001-2000 & HACCP Certd & Classified as 3 star Deluxe Hotel by HRACC.) for 11 Years.

ii) Worked as General Clerk in with M/s. The Trident (Oberoi group of Hotels ) classified as 5 star Hotel by HRACC for One year.

Recruiting H.R.as per standards and requirements i.e S.O.Ps. & J.D.

Induction/Orientation training for the new recruits including cross training.

Training them upto our standards required by the Industry as per performance appraisal.

Imparting Knowledge & development of recent trends of the Industry.

Identifying and sourcing Training for our Employees in line with Training Need Analysis/ skill mapping / Skill matrix.

Handling grievances of our Employees and addressing the same to the management.

Responsible for Job description and periodic Performance Appraisal of all Employees.

Negotiation with the Union various issues like Wage settlement as per u/s 12(3) of I.D.Act etc.

Maintaining statutory records and good P.R. with Government Authorities like E.P.F.O, E.S.I.C, Labour, Corporation, Fire, FSSAI, TNPCB, Excise & Police etc

Conducted training program on Soft Skills such as, Telephone Etiquettes, Personnel Hygiene, body language, Communication and other subject related topics. To evaluate the skills - time to time ISO auditing and counseling with Staff personally.
