Pre & Post-Recruitment

• Advertising vacancies, through free job portals, social media sites, classifieds newspapers, participating in job fairs for increasing the number of applicants.

• Sourcing, Screening and Short-listing profiles received through various medium with respective to the job description.

• Coordinating with concern department to understand the suitability of the shortlisted profiles.
