Having 3.8 years of experience as AML KYC Banking Operations Analyst at HSBC Electronic Data Processing India Pvt Ltd from Dec 2016 till date.

•On boarding Commercial Banking Customers for HangSeng Bank for Banking Operations Department.

•Worked for HASE CSEM (Customer Selection Exit Management ).It deals with account closing of commercial banking customers of Hang Seng Bank .

Roles and Responsibilities:

On boarding Commercial Banking Customers for Hang Seng Bank :

•Perform research via internal and external sources, gather and analyze documentation in accordance with regulatory KYC requirements.

•Reaching out to Business Sponsors and Relationship managers for missing or incorrect documents.

•Customers were screened against applications like world check, Google, RDC (Regulatory Data Corp) for negative news identification. Escalating the cases if any, to the compliance team.

•Maintaining the customer information repositories to retrieve documents and other required data.

On boarding and Processing Credit Cards for HSBC India & Hong kong Customers:

•Collecting KYC documents and reaching out to Relationship Managers for missing documents.

•Screening customer profiles against World Check and Google to verify any negative information noted on the customers.

CSEM -client selection and exit management:

•Re-Viewing the on-going customer verification process which includes documentation and validation and ensure compliance with AML rules and regulations

•Validating the triggers received from different departments.

•Notifying the other countries CSEM team of the exit,if they found any other customer relationships.

•Monitoring the case till it is completely closed.

Awards and Accomplishments

•Selected as SME for HASE process.

•Achieved 100% quality for continuous and also awarded as Top Performer for 2 times during 2017.

•Joining client calls for both the processes and assisting the Asst. Managers in delivering the updates the teams.

•Trained and conducted On-Job Training for new joiners in HASE process.

•Works simultaneously on both processes – HASE and credit cards for Indian markets.

•Processed highest number of volumes since the migration of HASE process.

•Was appreciated by Business Area for clearing the volumes within SLA and for providing quality improvement ideas.

•Improved and implemented customer risk rating criteria with KYC management and procedures for both consumer/individual and corporate customers.

•Handled the responsibility of sending SOD(Start of the day) and EOD(End of the day) reports to the business area.

•Got cross trained into many processes.
