DESCRIPTION
Improvising the productivity of Robotic welding operation (Perfect Inc.)
This project is about to increase productivity of welding robots in terms of production output by stabilizing heat input and weld travel speed, quality products, Poka-Yoke system (making use of operating panel) etc.
Horizontal and vertical SPM for round Welding and Intermittent Welding (from May 2019 Perfect Inc.)
SPM help in improving Production 4 times from Manual welding Process. It saves time and manpower. Direct final of component without tacking increases productivity.
Effect of Welding parameters on TIG Welding of Aluminum Plate (S.L.I.E.T. Longowal)
This project is about how to achieve Better Welding Quality using Welding variables like Current, Voltage; Gas Flow, Wire Stick-out, Welding Speed Etc.
Homemade Sensible Air Cooler
This Project is about to reduce cost and electricity of Air Cooling
System for General purpose use, by using a table fan Copper tube,
Cold water, insulated water tank and pump.
