• Execute and coordinate the excavation activities including dewatering activities and soil improvement by road base backfilling.

• Checking Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) for the building structural elements in accordance to the structural drawings coordinated with the MEP and services drawings.

• Prepare and submit documents to the consultant regarding site activities such as inspection requests and request for information.

• Comply the works related to electricity substation and the water tank with FEWA and civil defense requirements and regulations.

• Manage the manpower, communicate and coordinate with subcontractors and supervise their work to accomplish the works in time as planned in the project program.

• Estimate the quantities for the different phases and activities of the project, and compare the quantities after any revision in the drawings by the consultant to claim variations. Education
