Weekly submitted to client NDT backlog status based on wits system and mom meeting status updated.
Daily ndt reports need to be entering in WITS through sub-contractor data operator monitoring.
Checking periodically verifying calibration certificate of NDT equipment’s of third party inspection.
Based on client procedure requirement to verify periodically conducting focused assessment inspection.
Weekly meeting with subcontractor regarding NDT follow up backlog status related any site issue, LBE, PAN to minimize to solve the problem find the root cause and corrective action.
Contractor to supervise sub-contractor following no malpractice techniques using any NDT method

Responsibilities NDT:
On / Off stream inspection like UT,RT,MPI, DPI,PAUT,HT&PMI of piping and Static equipment in Weld joint oil & gas separation platform, oil risers platform, gas injection platform and water injection platform. Inspection of wellhead assembly, casing conductor, trains separator exchanger stripper column.
Eddy current test on material verification component valve fitting & surface flaw crack detection on plate, piping, tee joints weld area.
Performs NDT-UT-A, B and C scan Evaluation during piping inspection, Plates, and structural
Performs to Internal cross Checking for all NDT ACTIVITIES As per the Codes.
ASME Section VIII Division 1 and Division 2 vessels by the ASME B&PV Code ASEME SECVIII
Perform internal, external inspection in high pressure vessels, storage tanks& stripper column from and other structure in accordance with the company engineering &client requirements; Applicable industry procedures, codeAPI510, API653, &API 570 Class and standard are for condition assessment.
