JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

AT INCARNUS TECHNOLOGIES (A Payer Provider Group of IQVIA)

My responsibilities include end to end recruitment, bulk preparation of offer letters & appraisal letters using mail merge, induction and onboarding, compensational benefits, payroll, monitoring attendance using biometric reports, employee engagement and grievance handling

Sole responsible person for conducting recruitment drives

Conducting monthly management review meetings on recruitment status, budget of new hires, attrition & retention rates

Hands on experience on administering HR portal, GreytHR software for employee data updation, payroll processing, designation changes, reporting manager updates, updating salary appraisals, payslips disbursement

Working knowledge of Workday HR portal

Hands on experience on employee appraisal process, HRIS, Full & Final settlements, exit interviews and yearly bonus payments

Maintaining the statutory registers, documents and license as per Shops and Establishment Act AT AACHI MASALA
