JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor receiving (as per material type & specification), storage (as per Storage condition if required) and GRN as per as actual compiled with purchase order or Stock Transfer Order and requirement Verification with respect of Approved source in case of RM/PM.

Planning of Dispensing and Sampling of Raw and Packaging materials and Take care all Warehouse activities.

Coordination with other Departments, Corporate Office sited (Purchase, PPIC, Finance), All Vendors, Sale tax department, Central Excise department.

To Protect and secure material stored in the warehouse as per their storage requirement. Frequent observation of raw material their expiry date and retest date and timely retesting of materials, Controlling of Non-Moving, Near Expiry & Retest of Raw, Packing & Finished Goods material.

To provide error free services of receipt, issue of Raw & Packaging materials to production department and dispatch of finished goods. Commercial departments.

Manpower planning for daily Warehouse activities. Ensure the cleanliness of warehouse and proper stacking norms of materials.
