oResponsible for the overall asset management and reporting of performing CMBS loans
oCommunicate directly with borrowers, third party lenders, special servicers, attorneys and other external parties
oLoan monitoring – responsible for the ongoing asset management of a diversified portfolio and other loans, developing a relationship with each borrower and conducting regular loan monitoring reviews. Review loans on a regular schedule to determine the overall asset quality, including the performance against original U/W parameters
