CMBS Portfolio Manager

oResponsible for the overall asset management and reporting of performing CMBS loans

oCommunicate directly with borrowers, third party lenders, special servicers, attorneys and other external parties

oLoan monitoring – responsible for the ongoing asset management of a diversified portfolio and other loans, developing a relationship with each borrower and conducting regular loan monitoring reviews. Review loans on a regular schedule to determine the overall asset quality, including the performance against original U/W parameters

oEvaluation of borrowers/sponsor financial statements, rent rolls, project status reports and overall analysis of the credit condition of the borrower/sponsor.

oConduct regular site visits and review exposure to lender within portfolio in accordance with credit policies and procedures

oLoan extensions and modifications analyze security and credit worthiness of collateral and make recommendation as to the extension or modification of the original terms.
