PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

B.S. Electrical Engineering Undergraduate (Third Year)

Software knowledge includes Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

EXPERIENCE:

Duties and Responsibilities as a Admin Assistant

Attends telephone Calls

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.

Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories

Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.

Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

Organizes and follows up time document deliveries

Responsible for all incoming mail, filing documents and preparation of draft letters for outgoing correspondence

Maintain all incoming and outgoing mails, stamping and recording of all mail before circulating for distribution to the team and managers as set out of the quality procedure

Update logs and documentation for inventory processing

Work as an active team member to complete team goals

Duties and Responsibilities as a Office Boy

Cooperating with workplace personnel to maintain proper connections and a friendly environment within the office.

Helping the associate, staff, or other management staff in doing their responsibilities.

Collecting and distributing couriers or packages among workers and starting and searching messages.

Assisting management personnel in wide variety of workplace responsibilities.

Coordinating the maintenance and repair of devices for the workplace.

Monitoring the use of devices and supplies within the workplace.

Replies to details or information through emails and telecommunication

Receives guests accordingly and directs them to the concerned persons

Receives and prepares schedules of the job applicants

Performs tasks as an Administrative Assistant

Manages truck inventory of equipment, tools and parts
