Work Experience:

Commscope

Supervising order processing & execution of GTM, UPC, & Modern Trade, CSD Customers & Distribution Planning of Finished goods as per permanent dispatch plans (PDP)

1. Review of Daily, Weekly permanent dispatch plans of UPC customers to achieve 100% service delivery.

2. Monitoring on time delivery of all customers and ensuring 100% delivery of materials.

3. Reviewing weekly dispatch performance of DC and carrying out corrective and preventive measures for any non-conformity.

4. Supervising Material availability of “A” class items and informing planners on the immediate replenishments.

5. Monitoring the back order processing & clearing the open orders every 15 days.

6 Ensuring 100% Customer Case Fill rate (CCF) with Delivery On time.

7. Reduction of order carry forwards (OCF) monthly or MOC wise updating to the branch planners to prevent internal loss percentage.

Inventory Accuracy & Storage Accuracy.

1 Creating daily, weekly and monthly Cycle Count Plan of A, B & C class items.

2 Maintain 100% bin accuracy and smooth stock replenishments (Put away / picking)

3 Carry out correction of wrong material codes and interchanges received during arrivals

4 Responsible for external physical verification audits, and coordinate with Auditors team to ensure 100% audit count

5 Supervising stock controls at warehouse and implement number of Kaizens for successful functioning of warehouse.

6 Implement strong inventory controls like regular cycle count procedures and repeated bin replenishments or pallet merging.

7 Monitoring Quarantine stocks and accumulation and taking up with client head office for quick liquidation

8 Responsible to maintain 100% good inventory all time eliminating Slow & Obsolete Stocks and getting approval to move to damage locations.

1. Unloading the vehicle matching the stock as per STN and Physical stock any discrepancy received immediately reporting to Shift in charge and accounting the stock as lo vb /per phy receipts
