Assignment was to enhance operations and shop the medical group for sale, merger and/or expansion opportunities.

Positioned the medical group to successfully complete a Letter of Intent for merger into a single specialty group of 56 surgeons.

Recruited and onboarded two new surgeons ahead of schedule, while negotiating cooperative support agreements with two hospitals.

Renegotiated space leases on 22,000 sf and reduced rent by 19%.

Global Capabilities: Developed business relationships in forest products, healthcare and real estate within several Russian Regions. Consulted and negotiated cooperation agreements for work in China. Created a Brazilian joint venture involving new medical laser technology.

Value Creation: Led a cross-functional team of consultant and internal staff in the creation of a comprehensive physician practice management and consolidation business plan, including merger of 56 surgeons.
