Description:

Maryland and West Virginia Consortium is implementing a comprehensive system solution that integrates major UI business processes, including Tax, Benefits and Appeals, into a single data structure and functional system solution. This project includes business process reengineering, system design, development, and implementation for all relevant aspects of the Unemployment Insurance business: UI Tax & UI Benefits.

Responsibilities:

Review business scenarios with SMEs and enable test case development

Attended Fit Gap Sessions and Review meetings to discuss Use-Cases, Business Rules, alternate flows and exceptions paths.

Manage the test data identification effort for the manual testing

Lead collaborative efforts to create and organize hundreds of test cases and defects within testing team by organizing, dividing, assigning, and tracking large work flows.

Perform black box testing on a field –by- field basis of the new system to make sure the screens are functioning accurately

PQRS users will leverage QSP, while relying on EIDM for Identity Management. Successful authentication from the IDP will result in authorized access into the QSP based on the Roles and Entitlements managed for the user in the QARM/Portal User Repository.

Responsibilities:

In DECC(Development Effort Consolidation Contract) projects, followed a structured process by analyzing requirements using Serena BM (Business Manager) tool and played active role in scheduling, mentoring & moderating Peer Review for test cases.

Prepared test cases by understanding the business requirements, Data Mapping documents and technical specifications.
