Provides leadership and functional oversight for Corporate Benefits. Accountable for the HRIS, Health & Welfare and Defined Contribution functions for a 5,000+ multi-state, multi-union, multi-business organization. Responsible for automating HR and Benefits by implementing a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) solution with an Employee Self Service technology platform.

• Primary point of contact for HR technologies. Manages the technical and functional configuration of the ADP

Workforce Now HRIS environment. Troubleshoots, analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems

and deficiencies. Provides enhancements of new or redesigned systems for internal use.
