Pfizer Healthcare India Private Limited (Formulation) Works Carried out in Environment:

Supervising and updation of daily reports of ZLD operations which includes Utility water usage and generation.

Involved in sustainability teams involving circular economy, Sustainable production & consumption and initiated activities involving water neutrality. Having sound knowledge in operation of equalization cum neutralization,Multi- effect evaporator.

Have exposure to analytical experience like checking the effluent parameters like pH, TSS, TDS, COD, MLSS, BOD & Oil & grease are checked with external agency etc. Have faced MHRA in general and global audits for EHS. Handled troubleshooting in various operations like Operation of RO plant, Multi-Effect evaporation plant etc.

Involved in all key documentation works in EHS (ISO related Documents). Involved in process selection for new products based on the requirement & specification. Liasioning of Statutory related works like Consent order renewal, hazardous waste disposal manifest etc.

Have working knowledge in R.O. Operation, Decantation, Multiple Effect evaporation Plant. Preparation of SOP’s and entire documentation works like filing of FORM-3,4,5 & 10 has been handled.

Works Carried out in Safety:

Process Safety Management, carried out risk assessments like Ergonomics,chemical, PPE etc. Issuing safety work permits depending upon the nature of work to be carried out.Implementation of Emergency response plan, BBS etc. Interact with all departments for the change in procedures & Procedure developments, safe control of operations and its effectiveness.

Planning and active participation in conductance of safety campaigns, safety promotional activities, exhibition for HSE promotion & Safety Quiz. Execution of safety promotion activities like display banners, posters etc.Inspection & Maintenance of fire extinguisher, hydrant & fire alarm systems, gas detector, safety harness and PPE'S.

Involved & Coordinated in MOC, PSSR, Accident and incident investigation, hazard analysis, Risk assessment, Preparation, reporting and document maintenance. Regular Safety committees meeting were organized at regular intervals. The follow up of works are carried out.

Exposure to 5S, Hazop study etc.Involved in Organizing emergency training like mock drill, fire drill.
