Coordinating Project works with the Consultant Engineers, Contractors & Sub-Contractors to achieve objectives by monitoring performance, progress and reporting any issues and risks to the Senior Management.
Performs the duties and responsibilities associated with an ELV/ICT Engineer in construction, commissioning, and handover management and the coordination of relevant parties, including Consultants, Contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the delivery of the ICT/ELV works including the coordination of the relevant interfaces with Civil, MEP, Infrastructure and Building works.
Provides support in the review and analysis of Claims, Variations, Potential Variations, Validation of works at the site and other aspects of the ICT/ELV scope requiring commercial validation as required by the Management.
Implementation of projects in CCTV, Access Control, IP Networking, Video Surveillance, Lighting Control systems, Disabled Toilet alarm Systems and other Electronic Systems.

Handling site work, project teams, vendor management and subcontractor’s management.
Provide best in Class Bid Support to Commercial Team.
