•First Project as consultant was with an Advertisement agency, ARMS ADVERTISING and Event Promotion Agency, INTERACTIVE PROMOTIONS (P) Ltd in July 2004.

•Took up project with an Apparel Manufacturing and Retail Company based in Punjab in menswearApparells - Blue Monte

•Marketing Consultant in a Firm manufacturing and marketing western wear women garment range under ARTISAN Label.

Marketing advisor to a Food Manufacturing and Marketing company based at Ludhiana – Lee Bee Products.

In March 2009 took up a project with a Mineral water company for Reorganizing their Sales and Marketing Set up in Delhi / NCR

• Developed a Shirt brand for an export company in their Domestic Market – April2010.Launched the product in India Market through marketing agent network.

•Took up this Retail Project in September 2010 for Luck now based start up company. I worked as Consultant for this company – Organized supply chain set up in Clothing and Shoes. Created a Label “PLAYMAKER” and developed Product line for the Retail business. Finished this project in March 2012.

•Developed Dunlop’s sports footwear range.

•Launched & developed Footwear Range of Oakridge footwear brand for Men. Launched the Marketing campaign of this brand through EVEREST ADVERTISING by repositioning the Dress Shoe Market. We Sold 30,000 pairs in first Year.

•After Successful launch of Oakridge started planning for large scale launch of Casual shoes in Domestic Market. Six Month Planning resulted in rolling out a successful formal launch of another label from MTIL.

•Company Launched RED TAPE in Year 1998 backed by a crore rupee ad campaign executed by MUDRA COMMUNICATIONS.SOLD 150,000 PAIRS IN LAUNCH YEAR.

•Ad film with a tagline - RED TAPE - Not for everyone clubbed with excellent Media Plan - Only MTV FOR ELECTRONIC & TOI ONLY FOR PRINT were the strategic decision in making it as No 1 brand in Fashion Wear Market where other Strong international brand,LEE COOPER was also present.

•A successful PR Campaign was launched - in all Top Discos of Delhi.

•Company achieved highest realization/per pair in the domestic market AND Won an award for this achievement from CLE.

•I started domestic marketing operation of MIRZA group in year 1996. Built up a strong team consisting of sales manager, ASM, marketing executives and competent backend team consisting of Finance Manager, warehouse in charge & EDP manager.
