Document Controller

• Project involved: SSP/MGKT and SBK Feeder Bus project

• Ensure all letters/transmittal Feeder Bus Depot are correctly identified and distributed.

• Quality check (as per ISO 9001) feeder bus letters either receive in hardcopy or email

• Scanning & photocopying for Feeder Bus/SSP PDP2 submissions

• Generates reference number for outgoing submission.

• Liaise with internal/external PIC or respective person for any amendment and information

• Update/close-out feeder bus letters in TeamBinder (EDMS system) for record keeping

• Confers with document originators liaison personnel to resolve discrepancies and compiles required changes to documents
