KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

As CTO of Plutek Technologies, our team managed to provide IOT based end to end solution to Government of Indonesia for their Smart city project which primarily involves smart parking, smart light, smart agriculture etc.

Recently did POC successfully with West Bengal Government; India for IOT based complete solutions for their Smart city projects for 3 districts mainly for smart light & smart parking solutions.

Successfully did POC with biggest Facility Management Company in Indonesia & Philippines for Integrated Facility Management Solution (IFMS) and Intelligent Building Management Solutions (IBMS) which includes Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems (HVAC), Smart Energy Monitoring & Management System. IBMS also involve premises security using video analytics, facial recognition & premise monitoring using drones and also handles fire/smoke alarm system. IFMS and IBMS have dashboard with reporting and analytic features.

Will be doing POC with fleet management company in Indonesia which includes fleet tracking and container tracking systems.

As CTO, successfully doing consulting for IOT based end to end solutions for smart city and providing smart IOT solutions using Google cloud solutions for smart cities, buildings, real-time asset tracking, smart parking, smart light, home automation, office automation, smart agriculture, smart waste management, smart city, smart fleet management, smart facility management, smart telecom domain solutions (Mobile Tower management) etc using various IOT platforms.

Single handedly launched new services for STC from IT side for Landline system & GSM and worked for many new services & their enhancements like in MAAK(Quicknet for LL), Naqqa Net, Green Net, VDSL services, IPTV–invision services, FTTH, NGN, Wi-Max services, MSAN VOIP, Afaq Shamil/Afaq services, Jood band services & packages, Al Hatif services/packages, Al Hatif Majood services, DSL MAX, Interface part (CWS, EAI, SMS short code), Qitaf, Quicknet packages, Tamayouz, DCP, Special Number category, Parental control, CPS data collection, Saudi Data extract, CRC, F&F packages, MCA services, PABX, Local number portability, Fault management, LIC-Limited International calling etc.

As ‘Senior Business Analyst’ I use to interact with marketing, sales, business (B2B, B2C), networks and other related teams in STC and work on requirement gathering, review their requirements and write SMR/HLD/CR, provide enhanced solution, work on design part - write the ESD (External Design Specs), support the development part, Testing (Quality Assurance), Conduct the BAT (Business Acceptance test) with related teams of STC and getting it installed in production after STC approval.

Managed L2/L3 support for day to day issues reported by different departments in STC regarding complete land line system and provides quick solutions or program fix or data fix and work on Fast Track Design document, testing (QA) and its implementation in production.
