Job Responsibilities:

●Analyze and ensures that consolidated stock/other reports are audited, validated and submitted as per committed delivery dates to the end users.

●Yearly Audit to other stations (Kuwait & Doha) for Inventory purpose.

●Conduct training for all new florists to understand the complete inventory cycle and how to update inventory in Hotels.

●Weekly visit to all stores and Retail shop.

●Create barcode for all new items purchased.

●Update inventory in system according to different company wise.

●Validates Inventory transactions in the system.

●Adjust Discrepancies in receiving in the system after validation.

●Coordinates with the logistics/warehouse/forwarder if there are discrepancies in the received shipment of the store.

●Investigates all discrepancies after Physical Inventory in Hotels, Warehouse and Retail Shop.

●Monitors and confirms in the system that all transfers from the warehouse to Hotels and Retail Shop are completed.

●Segregate living and non- living items in the system.

●Check and confirm that all sales from retail store are correct in the system as per the shop DSR (Daily Sales report).

●Check and confirm Inventory Ageing Report.

●Process, analyze and submit MIS report to Management for review.

Job Responsibilities: Inventory Controller :-

●Ensures n consolidated stock/other reports are audited, validated and submitted as per committed delivery dates to the end users.

●Prepare costing.

●Work to improve the business development (Inventory Accuracy) of the company.

●Participates and manages the physical Inventory on quartly basis.

●Conducts an investigation for any discrepancy and recommends adjustments to the manager if necessary.

●Monitors closely the seasonal Sales period and provides the required reports to manager.

●Maintaining the relation with existing clients and to get the feedback about products.

●Making recommendations & advising senior management on all purchasing issues.

●Maintaining records of supplier contracts, agreements, and goods ordered.
