I served as a military officer in the Royal Ranger Regiment, with several tours of duty in various operations and successful missions. Has valuable experience in leadership, discipline, professionalism, working in a multi-national setting, interpersonal communication and a fast learning curve. Thus, establishing my belief and values of lifelong learning & continuous improvement. My several positions in the years of service in the Malaysian Armed Forces includes at the operational and tactical level. These positions were held in various bases or posting locations at Army College, Military Command & Staff Academy (Canada) and 9th Royal Ranger Regiment. As a civilian, held several managerial and executive positions for several companies working with GLC and MNC at project sites and meeting rooms. This includes HSEQ Manager, HSE Executive, Business Development and Lecturer. These positions were held in many industries such as oil & gas, construction, manufacturing and education. My previous employment as a civilian consists of Shell Refining, Royal Selangor, UITM, MMC Engineering, Mega Urethane Industries, Unit Concept and MIMOS. Some of the clients for the projects he was involved from my previous employment include Petronas, MLNG, Gas Malaysia, SapuraKencana, Transwater, Misi Setia, etc.

I received education and training such as Master’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (UTM), Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (UTM), IGC in OSH (NEBOSH, UK), competent DOSH green book/license, various professional military and industrial professional courses. Also written a non-fiction self-help book for youths titled: 12 Essential Life Skills published on January 2016. Have been with Check-6 since November 2017. Actively involved in training and coaching in Safety Performance Excellence and Plan Based Execution at several offshore and onshore locations for clients such as Roc Oil, PTTEP, Murphy Oil, Petronas Carigali Brunei, Malaysian Deepwater Production Contractors, etc. My military background and experience in oil & gas and other industries would be of great value and a perfect cultural fit anywhere.
