MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor food and operating costs and control this by reducing waste.
Examine food items to ensure that they are correctly prepared.
Maintain station, fridge and mis en place clean, neat and tidy manner.
Reports potential safety hazards to the manager on duty.
