• Planning of PIC manpower for new project activities and coordinating with CFT members for smooth handover of manufacturing line for mass production

• Responsible to ensure that all safety and ergonomic requirements of RNAIPL are met for newly installed production lines of covers zone

• Responsible to close all the Icheigen/ACM concerns raised by CFT team

• Proving of Actual cycle time of individual process against designed cycle time of covers zone before start of mass production

• VA/VE Proposal and Implementation

• Successfully implemented and proved Covers line for RBC- RENAULT TRIBER

(welding/ hemming/ riveting/ hinge fixing) and have met all build mile stones from PT up to SOP

• Implemented various effective C/M's in covers process to meet paint/anticorrosion and quality requirements of the vehicle

• Implemented improved copper bar concept for Side Doors upper frame rigidity during spot welding and reduced spot undulations, frame waviness with increase in serial life by 50%
