Project Manager, Digital Delivery Network

Responsible for the full life cycle planning and launch of complex web and mobile applications supporting online shipping and direct marketing product offerings.

Project team leadership with oversight for all aspects of scope, schedule, resources, cost, risk, quality assurance, change management, release management, and operational readiness.

Oversight for budgets in excess of $2M+ annually.

Consensus building across multiple stakeholder groups and project management of third party vendors.

Daily task management of development teams using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools.

Project management leadership for a portfolio of large, business critical online banking product initiatives.

Responsibility for all status communications to senior management including risk tracking and mitigation strategies.

Collaboration with IT primes for full lifecycle oversight of planning, design, and execution for all projects utilizing full PMI Large Project Management Framework templates and processes.

Oversight for program portfolio of $3M+ annually.

Extensive relationship management, primary liaise to RDMI management teams, business primes, and external vendors.
