Now am working in OptimaHeat Technologies (Evaporator manufacturer) as Design and Project engineer since last 1year 11 months

OptimaHeat Technologies is a proprietary company so it is challenging to work in a various departments and gaining knowledge & skills about each departments. Responsibilities:

3D modeling for full evaporator plant. It contains Flash vessels, Heat exchangers, tanks, feed cooler and ATFD Using CREO 3.0.

Create P&ID for Proposals and Detailing the P&ID for Projects using AUTOCAD. GA drawing and manufacturing drawings for whole parts of evaporator plant, Sheet metal Developments for parts Manufacturing, solid designs for plant structure and support. 3D piping drawing for Evaporator plant (CREO) & Piping isometric drawing in CAD Prepare BOM for evaporator plant.

Project follow-up, project planning, Communicate with Clients / Customers for project review & discuss the changes and Revisions on project. Plant and instruments installation at client’s place. PLC \ SCADA programs verification and made changes as per operation sequence. Calibrating instruments such flowmeter, pressure and temperature instruments, and level switches.

Commissioning the plant and conduct training session to train the customers for operation and maintenance.

Documentations for O&M Manual and test certificate and project commissioning reports.

I did my apprentice training (1 year) at Gail Gas Limited in Bangalore, specifically pipeline inspection & project engineer to implement the City Gas Distribution Project. Responsibilities :

Welding inspection. (Fit up measurement, angle, WQT) Coating Inspection. (peel test, holiday test)
