* **** ** ********** ** an orthopaedic surgeon with good skills in managing basic and complex trauma individually, good exposure in basic arthoplasty. Arthoscopy and Arthroplasty

March 2013 - March 2014 Internship Kurnool Medical College, Kurnool, AP.

I passed my under-graduation in first class, after which I worked as an intern and obtained knowledge in various departments. June 2016 – June 2019 Junior Resident Kurnool Medical College, Kurnool, AP.

I underwent rigorous training under eminent professors who taught me the artful skill needed to manage mainly basic and complex trauma. As this is a college attached to a government hospital, the case load was immense. Other specialities where I assisted were in hip and knee arthroplasty, arthroscopy diagnostic and ligament reconstruction, deformity correction by soft tissue release and corrective osteotomies, spine surgeries. I had 2 months of training in BIRRD hospital TTD, Tirupati, where I got the opportunity to assist many cold cases like deformity corrections and exposure in arthroplasty and arthroscopy. By the end of my training I was confident to deal with major and minor trauma independently, be it either surgically or conservatively. I successfully passed my post-graduation exam in first class and secured university first mark. July 2019 – July 2020 Senior Resident Government Medical College, Anantapur, AP.

1 year of senior residency has helped me in sharpening my skills as I understood orthopaedics better. Interacting with patients and solving their problems has never been more challenging here. I had the opportunity to learn and assist surgeries which include endoprosthetic hip replacement, primary total hip and knee replacements, ilizarov for infective non unions, complex shoulder trauma.

Good experience in basic and complex trauma. Individually performed more than 400 orthopaedic surgeries and have assisted more than 3000 surgeries. Dr. Amar Tej Bandi
