Worked as a Quality Control Engineer (QC) in (Sri Venkateswara Engineering Enterprises) SVSE MES works multi stage buildings. C.C.Roads. Tests for Soil. Cement. Coarse Aggregates. Fine Aggregates. Concrete. Mortar. Brick. Steel. Rock and water… etc. January 2018 to March 2019.

Worked as a Lab Assistant in National Geotechnical Facility (Govt of India) Dehradun. Contractual post for this project, Geo-technical and Rock testing laboratory. Tests for Soils. Tri axial test, (CBR) California Bearing Ratio, Direct Shear, Standard Proctor test. Permeability test. Consolidation. Liquid limit. Plastic limit. (MASW) Multichannel analysis of surface wave velocity. Tests for Rock Direct Shear, Brazilian. Worked as a Assistant Engineer in M. VENKATA RAO INFRA PROJECT Pvt.Ltd., for the project Development of Visakhapatnam Airport. Construction of New Runway, Civil Apron, Navy Apron, Taxi Tracks, Isolation bay including shoulders and other associated works, New Integrated Terminal Building, Pile foundation, Roads and Drains etc at Visakhapatnam Airport. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1Monitoring and supervising of works for Roads, Public buildings, Parks, etc

2Supervising and maintaining Quality control/ Quality Assurance at Site.

3Conducted material tests, individually in laboratory and as well as in field. Performing Inspection services For Construction activities in Roads, for Quality Assurance/ Quality Control plan.

4Setting-up of site laboratory for testing various construction materials Preparation of the test reports.

5Carried out Mix designs (M15, M20, M30, M35, M40, M45, and M50) As per IS Specifications.

6Carried out Mix designs for Finalizing mix design for concrete and asphalt mixes.

7Controlling the production of Concrete, Asphalt, and WMM at plants to achieve the desired mixes.

8Testing of the product (concrete, Soil, GSB, WMM, Asphalt, etc.) as per test plans and inspecting the construction material received at site.

9Conducting Destructive and non-Destructive tests.

10Preparation of Weekly and Monthly reports.

11Coordinating with client / consultants/EPC regarding material selection / testing / mix design and approvals.

12Visiting project sites to check pre- construction activities, and to conduct required field tests.

13Inspecting Batching plants, and Witnessed for Batching plant calibrations.

14Issuing Non-Conformance Reports and the recommended corrective actions.
